You can now go to our indiegogo page to participate in the presale of AYA NEO.

Which countries can the product be delivered to?

AYANEO products will be available globally.

Does the selling price include the customs fee?

The price of the AYANEO products doesn’t include the customs fee. The customs fee will vary according to the local policy in the consumer’s country of purchase required. While we try our best to assist with the prices that are declared, the customer will be responsible for paying all import duties and taxes. These costs are not included in the cost of delivery.

When will the product be shipped?

The shipment will start in May. All the packages will be sent out from the factory directly through fast global express and individually to your address. And you will get the tracking number as soon as we send it, and be able to check the shipping status on your Indiegogo account.
